Satisfaction Guarantee

bling4stars uses the highest quality products to bling your accessories. The crystals are genuine Swarovski crystals. Swarovski crystals are renown for providing the highest quality crystals due to the superior cut and clarity to allow the best possible sparkle.
The glue that is used is non-toxic and dries clear, not to interfere with the brilliance of the crystals. It is extremely strong once it is dry so there is less chance of loosing crystals. bling4stars does provide each customer additional crystals for the future, incase of loss.

Please contact us via email or phone if you incur any problems and we will provide assistance to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your crystal application.

Please Note

Once your item has been customised it will change size. The finished product will be thicker than the original size so may not fit into it’s original cover or charger. If your device sits into a charger, rather than plugging into a cord, please advise us of this when placing your order so we can design around these specific needs. We do not crystallise over any buttons, openings or cameral lenses. Crystallising your product will in no way harm the way you use your product, or harm the mechanics of it. However, it may alter your manufacturers warranty as you have changed the original appearance of the product.

Return Policy

Kits
We accept returns for a full refund ( less the freight charges ) if you find the item to be significantly different to the selling description. The item must be unused and in it’s original condition. You must notify us via email within 3 days of receiving the kit and return the kit within 7 days of you receiving it. You will be responsible for the return freight charge.

VIP Service
As all our VIP work is custom designed and permanent, all sales are final. We will endeavour to fix any problems but do not offer a refund policy for this work. Please make your selection carefully with our customised work. We will not start crystallising your item until you are happy with your design and colour selections.

Cancellation Policy

bling4stars can not offer a refund after a sale transaction has been processed. Please select carefully when purchasing that you are happy with the design and colour selection, especially with the custom designs.

Freight

All our kids are sent via Express Post. We will email you with the tracking number as soon as the package has been dispatched.

Order Processing Procedure

bling4stars kits are packaged and send out within 24 hours of your payment being processed.

bling4stars VIP service will be started once we get the final colour and design selection from you and payment has been finalised. Your product will then be shipped within 1-3 working days. For both scenarios, you will be emailed with your express post tracking number once your parcel is in transit.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be indicated on our website. If your order includes a product that is not available at the time of ordering, bling4stars will contact you via email and give you the option to have the available items send out, or you can wait for everything to be sent out together.
